Tiny Talkers Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how the Tiny Talkers app ("Tiny Talkers: Kids Speech Games" on Google Play and the App Store), made by Lit Games Publishing ("we"), handles information. Tiny Talkers is a speech and first-words app for young children, made to be set up and supervised by a parent.

In short: there are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no advertising IDs. Most of the app works entirely on your device.

2. What the app collects and why

• Story ideas and practice words (optional). The Custom Stories and Learn Your Words features are for parents. The idea or word you type is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which uses AI services to check it is suitable for young children and to create the story, pictures and speech. If you include a child's first name in a story idea, it is sent the same way and may appear in the story and picture. We never ask for a child's age, surname, photo, voice or contact details. Ideas, words and generated stories are not stored by us; the stories, pictures and audio are saved only on your device.
• Reports (optional). If a parent reports a story or word from inside the app (behind the parental gate), we store the reason given and the reported content so we can review it and improve safety. Reports contain no names, contact details or device identifiers.
• Install ID and diagnostics. The in-app purchase system uses Unity Gaming Services, which creates a random ID for the app installation (not the advertising ID) and sends basic technical diagnostics to Unity so purchases work reliably.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see or store payment details. The app checks your purchase status with the store so it can unlock content and restore it after a reinstall.
• Abuse protection. To stop misuse of the AI features, our server keeps daily usage counters using a one-way scrambled form of the connection's IP address. The actual IP address is not stored.

3. Who processes the data

We use these service providers only to run the app's features, under their own privacy and data processing terms. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Text-to-Speech, Firestore): story and word checks, text, speech and report storage.
• Replicate (FLUX image models): creating the pictures for stories and words.
• Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services): in-app purchase support and diagnostics.
• Google Play and Apple: downloads and payments.

4. Children

Tiny Talkers is designed for children with a parent. Settings, purchases, external links, reports and the AI features' reporting are behind a parental gate. The app has no ads, no social features and no chat. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond a first name a parent may choose to include in a story idea, which is used only to create that story. If you believe we hold information about your child, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Keeping and deleting data

• Story ideas, words and generated content are not kept on our servers.
• Reports are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Daily usage counters are kept for up to 90 days.
• To delete everything on your device, uninstall the app. To ask us to delete a report, email info@litgamespublishing.com.

6. Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections. Our server holds no data about individual users, and access to reports is limited to us.

7. Changes and contact
