Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the mobile apps published by Lit Games Publishing ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including:

  • RoastGPT: AI Roast Generator (Roast Royale on the App Store)
  • Rizz Flex (RizzFlex AI)
  • Roast Bot (Roast AI: Jokes and Roasts!)
  • Caption It! AI Caption & Memes
  • Tiny Talkers: Language Therapy
  • Baby Games: Baby Piano & Phone
  • Skilled: Challenging Fun Games
  • Pop It: ASMR Fidget Games 3D
  • Word Hunt
  • Jumbled Up

By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. FastFlow AI has its own terms at fastflowai.fit/terms, which apply to that app instead.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and the terms of Google Play or the Apple App Store also apply to your downloads and purchases.

2. Who can use our apps

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps, unless an app is made for children. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Apps made for children, such as Tiny Talkers and Baby Games, are meant to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Only a parent or guardian should make purchases in them. These apps are not a substitute for professional advice, such as speech and language therapy.

3. AI features

Some of our apps, such as RoastGPT, Rizz Flex, Roast Bot and Caption It!, use artificial intelligence (AI) to create roasts, jokes, pickup lines, replies, captions and similar content from text, voice, photos or screenshots you provide.

  • To create content, the app sends what you submit to our servers and to third-party AI providers for processing. Do not include sensitive personal information, such as passwords, financial details or health information.
  • AI content is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, crude or offensive, and it does not reflect our views. Some modes are harsh by design. Check content before you share it.
  • Suggestions are ideas, not advice. You decide what to send or post, and you are responsible for it.
  • If an app creates something harmful, use the report option in the app or email info@litgamespublishing.com.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you submit and how you use what our apps create. Do not:

  • bully, harass, threaten or humiliate a real person, or target anyone because of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other protected characteristic;
  • send unwanted sexual messages, or use suggestions to pressure or deceive anyone;
  • upload photos or screenshots you do not have the right to use, photos of a person without their permission, or any content involving children, nudity or sexual images;
  • use an app for anything illegal, to infringe anyone's rights, or to create spam, scams or content that impersonates a real person;
  • try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of an app, its servers or its payment system.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Subscriptions, purchases and credits

Our apps are free to download. Some offer subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly or yearly), one-time purchases such as lifetime access or ad removal, or credits. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

  • Payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store, using the account you buy with.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
  • If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Lifetime access and other one-time purchases last for as long as we offer the app, on the store account you bought them with.
  • Credits and in-app currency have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may reset or change as described in the app.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

6. Ads

Free versions of our apps may show ads from third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Our Privacy Policy explains how ad partners may use data.

7. Changes to the apps

We may change, add or remove features, content, styles or languages, and we may suspend an app for maintenance. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid features.

8. Ownership

Our apps, their design, names, logos and code belong to Lit Games Publishing or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You keep any rights you have in what you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process it only to run the app. You may use content an app creates for you for personal purposes, at your own risk.

9. Our responsibility to you

Our apps are provided for entertainment and learning. We take reasonable care to keep them working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for how you or others use content created by our apps, or for business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all your rights under consumer protection law in your country.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it, and cancel any subscription in your store settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering an app. If we stop offering an app, paid features already bought may stop working, and you can ask the store about a refund.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when features or laws change. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using an app after an update, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
